Are all Hawick Knitwear products made in Scotland?

Yes, guaranteed. Unlike other knitwear labels, all knitted products are wholly made in our own factory in Hawick, Scotland. This is the only way we have full control over the manufacturing process to be able to deliver you a faultless, durable, luxury product.

Why do you need my email and telephone details?

So that we can contact you if there are any problems with your order or delivery.  We will not pass these details on to any one else.

Will you pass my details on to third parties?

We will never pass on your email address on to a third party.  However, if you have given your permission we may from time to time send you details of offers from other companies that we think may interest you. If you decide you no longer wish to receive these offers, you can email us at sales@hawickknitwear.com and remember to include your name and address.

How do I place an Order?

You can order online anytime day or night.
You can telephone your order on 01450 363100 from 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am – 3pm on Fridays.

Is it safe to use a credit or debit card online?

We encrypt your card information so that your transaction information is private and protected as it travels over the Internet. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to access this information. However, if you are still unhappy about placing an order over the Internet, please call us and place your order over the phone.
