Please note we cannot deliver to PO boxes anywhere in the world, our shippers insist on a Street name and House number to ensure correctly delivery.

UK

We aim to dispatch your order the same or next working day, therefore you should normally receive your order within 3 working days.  Our standard procedure is to use City Link for UK shipments, however please let us know if you would prefer to use Royal Mail by adding a note within the 'Delivery Instructions' box when checking-out.

UK Charges

UK delivery charges are £4.95 per order

If you spend £150 or more with Hawick Knitwear, postage is FREE! This will automatically be deducted from your basket total if you reach the £150 spend level.

International

Please allow 7-14 working days for your parcel to arrive.

Europe Charges

Europe delivery charges are £10 per order.

Rest of World Charges

Rest of World delivery charges are £20 per order.

CUSTOMS + DUTY

Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes that will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel along with any costs for customs clearance.

Orders to the USA or Australia

For orders to the USA under $200 and orders to Australia under $1000, no import duty should be charged.  We will mark your order as a personal purchase and you shouldn't encounter any problems with customs clearance or import duty.
